Where we are
Everything happens on one site
Design, fabrication, welding, machining and finishing are carried out at East Harling. Nothing is subcontracted out and quietly brought back. That is why a question about a job gets answered by walking across the shop rather than by chasing a third party, and why the person who assessed the drawing is still there when the part is made.
The works sits just off the A11 between Thetford and Attleborough, which puts Norwich, Cambridge and the A14 within comfortable reach, and London and the South East within a morning.

Visiting
Bring the part, or bring the problem
Some jobs are settled in ten minutes on the shop floor that would take three days by email.
If you have a part that has failed, a sample you want copied, or a drawing you are not sure is manufacturable, you are welcome to bring it in. Call first so that whoever needs to look at it is on site rather than out on an installation.
There is parking at the works. Deliveries and collections are handled at the same address; if you are sending a vehicle larger than a transit, tell us when you book so the yard is clear.
