Finished metalwork ready for despatch

Industries we serve

The common thread is not a sector. It is consequence: work where being wrong is measured in more than money.

Sector experience

Where our work ends up

Every sector below is one we have delivered into. Where a requirement sits outside them, the relevant question is not the industry but whether the process, tolerance and inspection regime are within our capability, and we will tell you plainly if they are not.

Public transport & accessibility

Wheelchair access ramps and boarding equipment for public transport. Safety-related work, manufactured to rigorous standards and double quality-checked before despatch because the consequence of a defect is physical rather than commercial.

Stainless steel fabrication

Stainless steel is a core specialism rather than an occasional material. Staircases, balustrades, architectural metalwork and machined components in 304 and 316, built to a specified surface finish because on stainless the finish is part of the product, not a coating applied afterwards.

Motorsport & automotive

Racing car chassis fabrication, including work built for export, and prototype vehicle structures. Design involvement extends to concept vehicles such as the Sebring EXALT prototype.

Broadcast, film & theatre

Metalwork for theatrical, film and television sets; hauling drums; and outside broadcast vehicles incorporating folding safety features. Work that must be robust, repeatable, transportable and safe under production conditions.

Construction & architectural

Decorative steel balustrades for commercial buildings, staircases, and combined steel-and-glass assemblies. Visible work, where weld appearance and finish carry as much weight as strength.

Heritage & conservation

Replacement metalwork detailed to satisfy conservation requirements, including church doors developed in CAD, where the finished item has to look right as well as work.

Specialist vehicles & trailers

Interior metalwork for horsebox manufacturers and comparable specialist vehicle builders, where weight, corrosion resistance and finish all constrain the design.

General manufacturing & plant

Machine guarding, access platforms, support frames, jigs, fixtures and replacement components for manufacturers who need one accountable supplier rather than four.

Group reach

Sectors served across the group

Combining the Norfolk works with JEM Sheet Metal in Stockport gives the group a wider sector footprint and a broader process range than either site holds alone.

  • Manufacturing and industrial plant
  • Construction and architectural
  • Automotive and motorsport
  • Aerospace and defence
  • Entertainment, broadcast and events
